A 7 day, 6 night retreat to the stunning Nusa Lembongan and nearby islands of Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida off the Eastern coast of Bali.
A very laid back island staying at our own exclusive Villas with daily optional meditation, runs and adventures from snorkelling, massages, street food, yoga and island hopping.
PRICING
Pricing is based on twin share per person. 50% deposit required to secure your spot, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to departure. An invoice will be issued once we've received your booking information. Deposit is non-refundable.

However, we love a good adventure as much as you do! If you’re looking to make the most of your trip by extending your stay, upgrading your flights, or customising your itinerary, we are incredibly flexible. Just let us know your plans, and we will work with you to tailor your travel dates and accommodation to suit your needs.

DAY 1 | SATURDAY 16 JANUARY, 2027
Arrival into Denpasar airport with transport to local bar rendezvous point.
Mid-afternoon transfer to Sanur harbour.
Ferry shuttle to Mushroom Beach, Nusa Lembongan.
Shuttle transfer to resort for check-in, welcome drinks, and dinner at resort.
DAY 2 | SUNDAY 17 JANUARY, 2027
6:30am meditation (optional).
7am breakfast.
Morning group run around the island.
Lunch at local warung.
Afternoon Balinese massage.
Optional yoga.
DAY 3 | MONDAY 18 JANUARY, 2027
6:30am meditation (optional).
7am breakfast.
Snorkeling expedition including local fishing boat transport from Tamarind Beach
OR
Optional upgrade to scuba diving expedition.
Freedom afternoon.
DAY 4 | TUESDAY 19 JANUARY, 2027
6:30am meditation (optional).
7am breakfast.
Day trip to Penida including local guided day tour or option for scooter hire/tour depending on group demand.
Late afternoon boat return to Lembongan.
DAY 5 | WEDNESDAY 20 JANUARY, 2027
6:30am meditation (optional).
7am breakfast.
Freedom morning/day of swimming, beaches, optional massages & yoga.
Optional island run, around Ceningan followed by small bar tour on return.
DAY 6 | THURSDAY 21 JANUARY, 2027
6:30am meditation (optional).
7am breakfast.
Snorkeling expedition of swimming with the rays inclusing boat transport
OR
Optional upgrade to scuba diving expedition.
Optional yoga or freedom afternoon group.

Island ferry transfers back to Sanur and transfers to airport for return flights.
